Managed service
Admin, ILR, evidence, audits and operating control for providers who want fewer blind spots.
Journey Compliance Protection & Admin Ops is a support service for UK apprenticeship providers. A written proposal can define the relevant evidence, data and operating-support activities, responsibilities and commercial terms during evaluation.
Most providers do not struggle because they lack intent. They struggle because admin tasks pile up, evidence gaps appear late, reviews are missed, ILR data becomes messy and leaders cannot see the real operating position quickly enough.
Journey Compliance Protection & Admin Ops offers structured support around provider-defined admin, evidence and operating-control work. Any service scope, responsibilities and deliverables are confirmed in writing during evaluation.
Admin and compliance tasks normally consume internal teams and create hidden risk. Stronger operating habits protect funding evidence and give leaders earlier visibility of risk.
Managed service
Providers get a stronger operating layer around the admin and compliance tasks that normally consume internal teams and create hidden risk. Scope and commercial terms are confirmed during evaluation.
Service scope, delivery responsibilities, measures and commercial terms are confirmed in writing during evaluation.
Providers reduce admin drag, surface evidence gaps earlier, and give directors a clear operating picture before audits or inspections.
A separately scoped service may support provider-defined ILR preparation, learner-data and evidence checks, review coordination, off-the-job monitoring and file preparation. The written proposal identifies the agreed activities, responsibilities, cadence and exclusions.
Any support review uses the provider's agreed scope and the records available to the team. It is not an audit, legal or regulatory assurance, an inspection service, a funding decision or a finding of conformity with a DfE or Ofsted framework. Journey is independent software and is not DfE or Ofsted approved.

Evidence-linked and accountable by design
Tenant-scoped access controls are designed to keep each provider's records separate on reads and writes.
Significant application state changes are recorded against the person who made them, supporting a traceable history.
Journey applies supported, versioned DfE funding-rule packs selected from the apprentice's start date, including 2026/27 version 3, to support provider review.
After provider, DPIA and release approval, Journey Advanced offers authorised drafts, K/S suggestions and fixed Director Insight views for human review. It does not make regulated decisions or change the source record.
Tenant isolation, access controls, audit records and governed operations are designed into the platform.
Export options are available under the applicable terms, and employer relationships remain with the provider.
