How Journey Assured works

Review the agreed provider records, open the source behind each finding and decide what your team should do next.

Step 1

We analyse evidence in your workspace

Journey runs deterministic checks across records selected for the agreed review scope, including funding evidence, off-the-job hours, signatures, reviews, safeguarding, EPA and destinations.

Step 2

Your team reviews the findings

The output is an internal gap analysis and prioritised action plan grounded in the selected evidence. Your authorised people retain responsibility for decisions and actions.

Step 3

You receive a recorded action plan

You can retain findings, supporting evidence and agreed actions in Journey for leadership and governance review. It is not an inspection judgement, regulatory approval or certificate.

Journey Assured questions

How is Journey Assured commissioned?
Journey Assured is scoped with verified UK apprenticeship training providers. Deliverables, access and commercial terms are confirmed in writing during evaluation.
How is the review produced?
Journey combines deterministic checks with an evidence-led internal gap analysis using the agreed workspace scope. Outputs help authorised provider teams prioritise review and action; they are not a regulator decision, independent audit opinion or guarantee.
What do we actually receive?
You receive an internal readiness summary, evidence-linked findings and a prioritised action plan for the agreed scope. Journey does not issue an Ofsted judgement, DfE approval or inspection-preparation certificate.
Is my learner data safe?
The review is tenant-scoped. Any optional AI narrative uses minimised, redacted context and provider-authorised actions remain attributable in the audit history.
How often is it refreshed?
Provider teams can revisit readiness reviews as their records change. They remain internal decision support and do not replace an official inspection, funding review or human governance process.
